We understand that flexibility is a key factor when booking a trip during these unprecedented times. We have added temporarily a flexibility to our terms for all 2021 Cruise bookings made before the 31st December 2021.
You can change date of your cruise booking without admin fees, up to 30 days before your departure. We can also transfer your deposit to a friend or family member without any charge.
You can pay your balance payment 30 days before departure.
If we will cancel your cruise 30 days before departure, you can either receive a credit towards any cruise in 2021 or 2022, or receive a full refund.
CANCELLATION BY YOU BECAUSE OF COVID-19
If you are unable to travel due to a local lockdown in your home country as a result of Covid-19 or due to your home country's Government advising against travel to your destination as a result of Covid-19, we will be able to transfer your booking to 2022, or you can choose to have a full refund of monies already paid to us. We strongly recommend you take out sufficient comprehensive insurance cover to cover you while you travel abroad.
CANCELLATION BY DM YACHTING BECAUSE OF COVID-19
If we should need to cancel a cruise because of Covid-19, or for any other reason affecting the destination, we will ask if you will accept a credit that can be applied against any of our cruises in 2021 or 2022. If you would prefer a refund rather than a credit, we will, of course, offer you a full refund.
